It was a mechanical over rev. Rev limiter won't save you from spinning it too high.

Here's the PDR footage of my last *good* lap at Dominion before my engine failure. This was the final lap of session 2 (forgot to start the PDR until right before this lap so not sure if it was the fastest lap of the session). As you will see there was no indication of the coming catastrophic failure in the next session haha

Engine failure, wtf?! What happened? Good laps btw, VIR as well. But I hope the engine issue can be solved... you had warranty right? Fingers crossed
