Well bring to the dealership in the morning to get BCM installed. Got my fingers crossed.
The BCM is right above the brake pedal.Got all the new relays installed.
Added a 8 gauge ground from the engine block to the driver side fender.
I figured it can't hurt to have an extra.
The dealer is saying 2 hours labor @$130.00 per hour...... I will say since I have replaced the starter (2)relays the car has started quicker than it has in about 2 years..

I pick car up today. Service Writer said that the windows are all working , and everything else seems to be also.... Just $260.00 for program and install.

So looks like everything is fixed. I did have to pull fuses F17,F7,F9 with the battery connected. Do this for for over a min.then plug fuses back in. Do up & down for each window and all is good. I now have to just focus if it fixed battery drain. I think it did, because the negative lead did not spark when I hooked it back up. I did a hard reset last night for 12 hours.

Also changing to new 2020 BCM PN# 13594614 fix the battery drain.
My battery charger is showing 0.0 Amps. It has never done that...

I'm getting power for my radar detector from the BCM's power lead under the dash
