I didn’t think you would get back to this until maybe the weekend. Looks good! Now that you’ve completed the job, would you do anything different?

I think it was pretty straight forward. The biggest pain was originally getting the axle back over the oem mid pipe since it has been installed previously. slightly opening it up a fraction of a mm with the channel locks, really made it a lot easier.

I think also, i would have used a pipe cutter like suggested on here as this would be more precise than using the sawzall. it worked fine, but the cuts could have been a bit straighter and i did use a clamp as a guide. not a lot of room under the car, holding the tool, etc., not as easy to cut perfectly straight.

Now i need to clean the tips because they look really dirty and maybe a bit rusty even not sure.
