And it doesn't seem totally crazy that there was a plan all along to have a LT2 (lite) with some LT2 parts to get a nice power bump. Either way, if June 2023 production date is true, will we know in a couple months. |

Camaro development team was already disbanded, and the Global B electrical architecture the LT2 runs on is incompatible with the Camaro Global A chassis. Not happening.

LT2 is a dream come true at this point. All that process and investment on a low sales car which will go into another platform or disappear in 2 years does not make sense to me. Maybe GM will keep the camaro 7th gen V8 and then use the lt2 for it but corvette needs those engines more than the camaro and their sales are so much better.
