Yes, fix it. Solid cradle bushing, aftermarket trailing and toe arms with a good alignment. Some tires tram surface irregularites more than others.

I’ve had 3 hellcats before my zl1. My last HC charger did this. At times, I would actually come off the throttle as I really was not sure what the car was going to do. We tried to Lower it, still there. Changed tires 3x, still there. Turned it back to stock and took it to a local well known shop, they could not figure it out. Then took it to 3 dealers, no luck. End of the day, got sick of it and sold it. None of the other same cars did that, ever.

It was a back and forth sway on heavy throttle. Almost like it was break loose, but it was not.

I will keep this in mind if my car starts to dance on me all the time.... cause to send those one time tightening bolts over here will cost me about 30 bucks a pair due to shipping and customs duties. I fix it once then I don't have to play the game again. Let see how long the original lasts.... Since the car is brand new, or fairly brand new, I gonna try not go get on her until after I drive her home which is a 400 mile drive.

Again just confirming, since I changed the FRONT tires I haven't felt this anything like before.

It's deff part of a tramlining issue. Rear tramlining, then you steer into it, front tramlines, car gets more unsettled, feed in opposite lock, front tramlines the other way, then rear follows, now car is all over the road without actually breaking traction.

Just changing the front tires having such a positive effect makes me believe the feedback loop I described above is real because I'm running the exact same tires and alignment out back, nothing's changed back there and now I have no issues.

Talking street settings...

Where are your air pressures at like before and after?

Could this be handled with say 36 front 34 rear pressures hot...

Hi All- I experience this issue of the left/right sway under hard acceleration. I have 6500 miles on my ZL1 and have noticed the problem since the day I bought it (4 months ago), with 5200 miles on it.

I'm still on stock tires.

I've read through this entire thread in detail looking for answers...

Is the consensus that new tires (going PS4S), BMR Toe Rods, and an alignment will fix the problem!?

I had a 2018 SS before my ZL1 and never had this problem. The lack of confidence and unnerving feeling of going WOT in the ZL1 because of this trammeling issue, has made me regret making the change. The Z is an awesome car otherwise, but the trammeling is taking the fun out of driving it hard. Would love to find a fix for this!!! Thanks for the help.

You’re forget the diff lockout as well. It has less to do with the tires for sure.

Irregularities on road are very felt with the stock tires... it could be dangerous at high speed... pretty common in France
