Is the optional body colored blade spoiler in the Chevy build website the same as what you get with the 1LE option?

I'd like to paint or wrap it in black or carbon, and wondering about removal. Any opinions on the ability to paint it in place?

Is there a better aftermarket solution for a carbon or black blade spoiler that would cover the holes of the standard 2SS spoiler?

I believe the blade spoiler is still a dealer installed option. If you find a good dealer, perhaps they could let you wrap it or have them paint it for you before they install it.

If memory serves, the GM spoiler doesn't cover the holes for the SS.

You consider aftermarket, such as ACS.

There are various a/m designs, none IMO that look worth a F.

The 1LE spoiler is a matter black.

GM sells it in a gloss black and I think the Mosaic black.

The GM part will not cover one center hole from the stock SS.

There's the Anderson composite Carbon Fiber wickerbill spoiler that's cheaper than the ACS Composite spoiler if you include paint.

I love mine.

If you order the blade spoiler on the SS from the factory, it will ship with the LT trunk lid, and then there is no center holes, and therefore, no problems.

Becky did it for me.

BUT, if you order an SS, take delivery, THEN try to put a blade spoiler on it, you will have an issue with one of the center holes.
