How much HP is possible?

How much HP and Torque is possible with just bolt-ons? Naturally aspirated no cam LT1.
CAI
Ported Throttle body
Atomic Air Force
headers
E85
Tuned

probably kissing close to 500. depends on tuner and weather. depends on a8 or m6. depends how strong a car you have from the factory.

Our cars are already putting over 500 gross hp at the crank. The 455 hp is net with all accessories connected.

I'm planning on headers next but wanted to know is the Atomic Air Force worth what they cost?? Did you see big power gains??

Pretty sure stock they only do about 370-385 with LT1 at wheels.

I think the power gains with an AirForce manifold are at upper speeds, not much difference at 0-60 for sure, from what I've learned. Maybe 20 hp? I guess it's worth it if you're optimizing and not using forced induction.

I have an AirForce with a Soler LT5 ported TB so I am looking forward to checking numbers soon, I'm optimistic the 0-100 will be noticeably better...

I would only go this route for a drag car that I planned on doing heads/cam in the future. Yes, you gain peak hp, but you lose it down low. You also don't really gain that much on an otherwise stock motor - these really shine on the heads/cam cars, though.

If the above doesn't apply, look into a ported stock manifold. You get almost as much hp gain as an atomic for bolt ons, but you don't lose the low end.

We've seen some pretty strong bolt on cars. With a good manifold, intake, headers, throttle body and some E85 you can get close to 500rwhp on a friendly dyno.

I have seen many dyno sheets from the 1LE LT1 and see consistent 420 - 440 on the wheels, excelelnt power delivery through drivetrain on the 2019, no power steering pump etc probably helps with less off the motor

It all depends on the dyno, I saw a Facebook post the other day of a Camaro with E65 as the only mod put down 450+. Pretty soon these cars are going to be making 500 rwhp with nothing done to them. /sarcasm

I have seen FBO LT1's over 500whp with a Hi-ram. The plastic intakes are the limiting factor for peak HP. The C7 Corvette is the reason why the LT1 recieved one of the shittiest intake manifolds GM has come up with in years.

The idea that the MSD loses low end is overblown and not really true overall. Check out the dyno curve from Tick where they had a stock LT1 and installed an MSD onto it with no tuning. Down at lower rpm the MSD is very similar to stock, meaning it either has a slight gain or is basically the same as stock. There is a spot around 4k where it does have a very slight loss, but if you compare 2.5k, 3k, 3.5k, 4k and average them, the average power of the MSD would be slightly better. Then after midrange it starts to gain rather noticeably and the final result was 17.48 more hp and 10.15 lb/ft more torque. So it's true that the bigger gains are at 5k+ rpm, but also note that it falls off less sharply after peak than the stock manifold does. So you can use different shift points to get the best out of it. You are correct in my opinion that the improvements from this manifold would be more noticeable with ported heads and a bigger cam. Just letting you know that they do gain something on an internally-stock motor too.
