HPTuners Issue

If anyone has experience with HPTuners i'm having an issue where my MPVI2 isn't recognized with any devices. I used it in the past to tune my vehicle but now i'm trying to load another on and my PC will not recognize that there is an MPVI Interface connected. I've tried several different USB C cords as well as 3 Different laptops to try and see why it will not connect. Not having any luck here and want to try and get this resolved. Could my actual MPVI2 just be bad at this point? I've only really used it a handful of times and it has just been sitting plugged into my OBD2 since my original tune.

Are you trying to use it via BT or via the USC-C cable? have you checked to see if the firmware is up to date, I think there has been several updates pushed out for the MPIV2.

Yep, correct. You cant flash a tune if the VCM scanner is connected to the car. You have to disconnect the VCM scanner before you try to flash a tune.
