Check engine light on after car sat for 2 weeks.

Hi everyone! If you saw my post yesterday you’ll know that I’m getting my window replaced this Tuesday. As I went to remove the glass and ready to move my car closer to the wall so I can fully open my drivers door, my check engine light came on. Any ideas as to why?

(During the 2 weeks, I had a battery tender hooked up and currently have fuel stabilizer in my tank. I figured that these wouldn’t affect anything at all.)

Commenting to follow because I'm about to have to leave the country for 3 months with no one to drive my car.

Tips for extended periods of not driving?

With the systems in today's vehicles it is hard to say. Get it scanned and then let us know what you find.
