Question Muffler Delete

Has anyone done (or heard in person) a muffler delete on a stock 6th gen SS?

Yeah it sounds obnoxious, kind of what you would expect a car with no muffler to sound like.

MBRP street sounds good, AWE touring sounds good, Corsa touring sounds ok etc...

Me personally I really like the AWE.

I just did mine, I went with the slp loudmouth, I love it, headers and flex go on soon, just need the time, they are sitting in the trunk

As you ask the exhaust type you have in your car , we should ask the owners age, my cammed 4th gen Z28pat sounded great thru the true duals and dumps when I first got them but then just became obnoxious, lol

Thats going to be freaking loud! I had the loud mouth system on my GTO, and I hated it. Around 2K RPM's it resonated so bad the whole car shook. It got really annoying.

Is removing mufflers not against the law?
I have npp on my Camaro and it is loud enough to piss off my neighbors in the morning even on stealth

I'm not sure if there are certain specific limits for sound at WOT. I can't believe they let the NPP be that loud at WOT. I really don't like the sound at WOT of the NPP, it is way to raspy and unrefined in my opinion. Now stealth mode in the NPP sounds really good to me and good at WOT, problem is it rattles and makes your car sound cheap and like its broken.

Man that just goes to show how everyone is different. I love the sound of my NPP at WOT and think stealth mode is god awful, although I do use it in the mornings so my neighbors don't hate me.

Imagine it with headers now, it is terrible sounding.

i have the muffler delete, it is the perfect sound, definitely not "obnoxious", just a little bite louder than NPP when open.
