Just have to be patient and plan ahead. Buy in the winter months a carryover model and watch the price fall. The best deals are gone now spring is here. I have been watching Camaro and corvette prices here and they are at or near msrp now.

My deal is the car is still new on the lot. I think I should be able to get way better than 25% off. Regardless of the mileage - it is a 3 year old car used car when I drive it off the lot.

Hey turbo, I just bought a 1992 Blazer for 85% off MSRP.
What a great deal !!

And for the rest of the people questioning the high %, I agree, something s not right
With their math. They are including their trade in, down payment,
Or dealer options to arrive at such a high discount.

I dunno. Even the stealers of South Florida are doing 15-20% off on SS camaros. That may change shortly since spring is almost here.....

Edit this is before negotiations.

Must be the time of year that you guys are getting such good deals. We bought in spring (I know, probably the worst time, but we caught the bug) and the dealer wouldn't budge below invoice +$200. I had a couple discounts, but still paid a tick under $40K out the door for a 1SS with NPP and a couple appearance adds.

I was able to get some to move off the MSRP 10%, but not with the 0% financing. I was dealing with a dozen dealers within 200 miles of my home and the best I did was around 8% off MSRP with 0% APR. Maybe buying a convertible in the middle of summer wasn't a good idea.
Well, that is absolutely true, buying a convertible in the summer is not going to get you the best price...but even ordering a convertible early on is not going to get you a good price. You really only get good deals on those in the winter & last season stock. We were going to trade our Corvette in but the dealership was honest and said if we waited until spring we would get a better deal on the trade, as winter just is not the high point of sport car sales...
