Oil leak from oil cooler/warmer.

Just a quick post about an oil leak I found on my 2018 Camaro. The engine was leaking from the oil cooler/warmer thing which bolts to the oil pan. I got the o-rings from my local Chevy dealer and installed them. During the install I noticed that the top bolts were not tight-there are 4 bolts in total on this thing. The bolt on top and at the front of the cooler was barely more than finger tight. With the new o-rings in place and the 4 bolts torqued, the leak is gone.

Glad you got it squared away. You are not the only one to find loose oil cooler bolts. Many have also found loose oil pan bolts as well.

Do you remember the part number for the O-rings?

My 18 had loose oil pan bolts, probably got a full turn on them and my leak went away.
