88 Firebird Formula

I just bought this 88' Formula with 63,000 original miles for my son. It has been very well taken care. Looking for some help on obvious "to do list" from other gen 3 owners.
I have a 45th anniversary edition , so it is nice to have another f-body in the family now.

Beautiful car!! Your son is very lucky!!

Wonderbar is an excellent mod for any thirdgen. This is the one i got. Only one with 6 holes. All the others have 4. http://www.top-downsolutions.com/ste...or-firebird-(a
Subframe connectors are a nice mod too. Thirdgens are a little flimsy.

Other than that MAINTENANCE!! The car is 27 years old. I'd put ALL fresh fluids in it, check all rubber (hoses, belts, suspension bushings, strut mounts), make sure everything is greased.

Plan on any performance mods?

Check out thirdgen.org. It's the forum to be on if you own a thirdgen.

Here's my 1988 Formula 350 I bought brand new in December of 1987. Still racing it!
