Winmax help

I have the nitrous outlet winmax controller. The problem I'm having is it's reading 0.5v for idle and when I set up wot it's reading 2.0 or 2.1v. I'm sure I've read it's 4.5 for wot but mine won't read it. I set it there and tried it and the stg 1 light flashes but doesn't stay solid.

Without being in front of the controller these are the settings I can remember
Stg 1....on
Rpm and TPS activation
Timing retard.....off. (retard via tune)
Gear......0
Cyl....8
Wot..... Sensor
Rpm on....4000
Rpm off.....6600
TPS on...89% (set it down from 95 to see if it would fix the issue of it not spraying)
Ign type...cop

I've tried programming the TPS with car running and in service mode (hold start button for 10sec) and I get the same voltage readings. TPS % displays seemingly accurate. I could set a camera next to it and watch during a pull (didn't leave enough wire to put it in easy view while driving).

I am using a jms pigtail on the throttle pedal. The same one they use for their voltage boosters. I used tlhe wire that they have for you to use. It was the blk/ylw or ylw/blk (don't remember which way it is atm)

Wires are soldered. I didn't use butt connectors so I don't think there's a connection issue there unless it's within the jms set up.

Fwiw hp tuners shows pedal, throttle body etc at wot. (99.6 or 96.9%). I could see about setting it to read the voltage but I imagine it sees it correctly if it's showing nearly 100.

Any thoughts on where my issue is?

I know im not answering your question, but where did you tap into for the throttle position information to the winmax controller?

I used a jms pigtail that they just started selling separate from the voltage boosters kits.
I would recommend it. Otherwise it's a very short yellow/black wire you have to tap into at the pedal

Also my issue ended up being in the relay wiring. I had the 85, 86 backwards.
