Even brand new, some of these cars have alignment issues that cause tire wear and erratic steering under power. Mine was so bad, I had to buy aftermarket rear suspension pieces just to get it in spec.

That isn't typical, though. Bad alignment from the factory, yes, but having to bolt up aftermarket parts just to be in spec does not happen often.

In case you're wondering, don't even think of buying these junk tires for yourself, get Michelin Pilot Sport 4S or Continental ExtremeSport Contact 02 in their non-runflat variants.
Thanks for the link. I think you are saying that the run flat feature can cause some issues?

I've used Michelin Pilot Super Sports, Pilot Sport 4S as well as the 4S all season and liked all of them on other cars. All were non-run flat versions.

Runflats sacrifice ride quality and are much noisier because of their ultra stiff sidewalls that they require to be able to support the car's weight without tire pressure. In return, you get ten or twenty miles out of them when deflated so you can drive to the nearest shop and get new tires. As such, they are a very serious compromise 99.99% of the time you aren't trying to drive on a flat tire, just to cater for that 0.01% eventuality. I haven't had a flat tire for over 10 years, my wife has had one 2 years ago and that was it.

In addition, these Goodyear summer runflats specifically are even worse, because they are pretty bad in cold and wet weather, I recall having to do the "drive of shame" at 35 mph in the right lane, with my hazards on and CR-Vs zooming past during a downpour while my car still had these.

I run PS4S summer tires and am perfectly satisfied with them. Should I get a nail or screw one day, I'll call for a tow, made sure my insurance covers that.

I keep an inflator and a plug kit in my cars to save the hassle of ROF tires.

I've had tires pick up nails 2 or 3 times in the last few years, but the nice thing about TPMS is typically there's enough warning of a problem that I can limp home, remove the tire and take it into a shop (I didn't get stranded on the side of the road).

I like the idea of run flats, but that's good info. Thanks.

+1, but don't expect miracles out of the Michelin's on longevity either, (I think they have a 300 vs 200 wear rating), but they are so much better at everything else. I wouldn't expect to double the mileage, but maybe I'm just pushing them a little more!

But will be curious to hear if your alignment is off.

That's kinda frightening to hear. If not alignment, what else could cause that? When I went to the stealership, i told them I had a slow leak in the R Passenger, the tech came back and told me that not only do I need to replace the apass but also the driver. Said they were down to the cords. Quoted me $908 for the replacement ROFs 275/35 R20. I thought they were just trying to get a sale until I came home and took that picture. At most, all I do is skrrrt out of the corner on right and left turns. just a two second skrrrrrt lol.

To me this almost certainly looks like an alignment issue, most probably bad toe settings. Try a different shop that has modern (laser) equipment. It isn't enough that the car tracks straight, toe needs to be as close to 0 to 0.1° as possible. Any shop, and dealerships even more, should be able to pull up the stock GM alignment spec sheet for the Camaro---next time you get an alignment, ask for a printout with before/after specs and feel free to post it here.

I'm using Pilot Sport All Seasons as well and love them. The runflats were great if the road was dry and warm......if not it was a wild ride.
