Concept afterburner tail lights project "eclipse"

I've been working on my own set of concept tail lights...which I refer to as eclipse..not afterburners.
I am working on making these available to anyone that wants then but is currently a work in progress. I want to make it as affordable as possible without sacrificing quality.
I will be experimenting with several different lighting methods and I will post them here as I change them..this one is simply the type I started with. Also be aware I know alot of you guys like those tail feathers..I intend to make those an option to have or not have.

Update. I have added tail feathers as an option to the inner housing. Will have pics as soon as it's assembled

Leds make this easy...however I am trying to utilize a bulb instead. This would allow for much easier replacement if one blows out. By tail feathers I mean the lines inside the house that resemble metal blades on a jet engine exhaust..not currently pictured on mine

I've been getting alot of pm's. Alittle update. I received my first production of parts, however they did not meet my qc standards so I returned them to be changed accordingly. While I am waiting on the corrected parts to return I am currently trying to perfect the bulb socket for ease of bulb change if and when a bulb burns out. Personally I feel that is key to producing a good reliable product.

I know you mentioned using bulbs but would you be able to use l.e.d.'s with these as well?

This is still a prototype..working on it as fast as I can.
Using a dual filament bulb and socket. No resistors needed. No
Need to cut the lense off if the bulb blows.
All pics are of the running light only...the brake light is brighter and overwhelms my phones camera sorry. Enjoy

By far the best looking concept lights I've seen. Hopefully they make it into production soon.

I am currently working on the bulb socket system....as well as adding tail feathers to the inside of the housing. I will be able to offer them with or without the feathers...depending on which style you like

What kind of price point are we looking at?

Price points will be different. I plan on offering different packages. For instance this prototype doesn't have the tail feathers inside...you can get them with or without. I hope to be able to offer an add on for a plug n play electrical harness..so you don't have to splice. I can send you the kit or you can send me your lights and I can do it for you. I want to be able to offer the kit as affordable as possible to those that feel they have the ability to do the install....I also want to be able to offer the service of doing it for you so that I can warranty the install.
Current target price is around 150 for the kit not including the plug n play harness...only because I havnt been able to get a better price on the parts I need. Still working on different inner housings..I want to get it perfect..I will not offer a sub par product
