Doing the track event?
Which hotel?

I'll be there.

Well I got a letter from GM denying my claim of $360 and did not credit the "maximum" they state of $100! This is an absolute joke I tell you and I have asked the claim department to give me a call to discuss. I feel sorry for the rep I gave to deal with now! I have always supported GM since I was driving but this is an absolute joke! Any suggestions?

Yet again, another horror story of GM Canada's lousy customer service. The more time goes on the more this company pushes the customer away, AFTER THE SALE.

Call Car Help Canada they can provide you with someone who can give you legal advice.

If that doesn't work call Pat Foran at CTV news and expose them on TV.

At this point I’m in fourth at about 150+

Wait you were doing 150+ mph to charge your battery?
Or am I reading this wrong?

Edit: Canada so this could be kph or 93ish mph?

In case you have not done it already, post it on their Facebook page and their comments section. Spam it if needed on all their posts....That somehow gets attention quicker these days.

Yes I was getting the revs up in the car cause it didn't make sense a new car would have a faulty battery, at least I never heard of it. The officer didn't get me on radar and its 93mph, just a pretty short punch, yes 150 is insane.

I will never purchase any vehicle from GM or advise anyone to after this ordeal as the warranty is a joke. I guess is my fault that the battery was dead in my new car. Here is the list of cars I purchased over the years brand new.

1988 Z28
1991 Grand Prix STS
1998 Grand Prix GT
2001 Grand Prix GTP
2005 Grand Prix
2009 Cadillac CTS
2013 SRX
2016 SRX
2016 Camaro 2SS

I guess it’s worth pissing off a customer that has been with you for close to 30 years! Keep up the good work!!
I've said it before, GM Canada DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, after the sale is done.

Please do it.

If I were on social media, I would post the experience everywhere and anywhere I could.
