1LE SS All Season setup?

So since I have nothing better to do but wait for GM to release the 1LE for order, I have been researching my all season setup. Since my 1LE will also be my daily driver, it will be a necessary evil to run a separate wheel/tire combo for the other 3 seasons of the year.

Just for reference. I'm in Upstate S. Carolina and although we do see all 4 seasons here we usually only get 1-4 snow/ice storms a winter. I likely won't have to drive in any severe winter weather, but I might need to get to work the morning after a small flurry with some slush on the ground.

So even more than the winter capabilities I'm more interested in a very well rounded tire with decent treadwear for a moderate price. Here is what I've currently decided.

(4) 275/35R20
Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06

(4) 20X10 [+35et]
TSW Bathurst

As you can see from the attached screen shot below from willtheyfit.com, the offset is slightly off. The rear is probably fine, but I think I would run a 5MM spacer on the front. I think running this square setup and having the ability to rotate the tires should make this a great all weather/daily driver setup.

So what are your thoughts on the setup? Would you run smaller fronts (255/35R20) to keep the overall diameter closer to the original 1LE setup? Would you 5MM spacers in the rear as well to make it equal the "poke" of the 1LE or leave it to match the 5MM inset of the front instead of running a 10MM spacer up front?

I would skip spacers if nothing rubs. With slim tires I would not think rubbing will be a problem. Also stay with the 1LE heights to keep your speedometer accurate.

I did a little bit of looking on this and the only other tires I could find in the correct size range were either summer tires only or winter tires only, I think Pirelli's.

I too would be interested in a set of all seasons, but maybe having summer and winter tires would be good enough perhaps.

My other option was to run a 20X9 (+15et) with 255/35R20

this gets me much closer to the right diameter and offset of the standard 1LE front. But crucially it ends the chances of rotating the tires to help even out the wear. It's important to note that some tire manufacturers cut their tread life warranty in half if you have staggered tire sizes and can't rotate them.

I've done a good bit of research and had a great deal of help from people on this forum. I was considering wheels and tires because there were no all seasons in our sizes. Then they came out with the Potenza RE980AS's. I was planing on the Potenza RE980AS's in 295/30/20 front and 305/30/20 rear. The problem is, you can't find them. I must give all credit to Warrior102 for finding Lexani's in the factory size. They have a M+S marking which does not make them all season's but he indicated he had been in the 30s with them and they were fine. He also rain tested them. I have a set on order. I live in Atlanta and don't want to park my car during the winter. Can't wait to get mine on and start driving this thing.
