Too hot in Texas for my 10 second pass today
This was my fastest pass of the day, with a nearly 3000' DA in almost 90 degree temps here at Texas Motorplex.
Compared to my fastest 1/8 mile pass in much better conditions, this slip is slower across the board. I'm now pretty sure the car has a 10 second pass in it, but not in this weather.

Man I wish. I hate to be the guy to make excuses but it felt like summer today, with a super high temp and DA, and the track prep was questionable at best for it being an actual event with TNT sprinkled in. I may have to head up towards Oklahoma, Ennis has just gotten not to great lately.

You would have hit 10s even in that DA with a 1.5x 60 like you've done before.

Different track, couldn't launch it like I could last time. When I tried it spun and wheel hopped because Motorplex isn't known for the best prep.

For sure! I was still pretty proud of the 11.07. Fastest pass anyone in our group made all day, and I even ran with my buddy's 700+hp 5th gen 1LE throwing down a 11.17 to his 11.15. It was a blast even without hitting the 10.

Just missed it. I feel your pain. I was running 11.0's for a long time since we were losing weather. I would add a mod, it would get hotter and I would run an 11.0. LOL. You will get there.
