Just got off the phone with Stacy @ MarylandSpeed...

They "hope to have them within the next week or two..."

Wow. Just wow.

Maryland Speed clearly shows there is a waiting period to receive parts. It is definitely the price you pay to receive a large discount.

I had my Borla exhaust in a week or two, but my RotoFab took a little over a month to receive.

Patience young grasshopper. I believe the saving is well worth it. In my case I saved nearly $500.

I wish I would've known this before I ordered mine on 5-29. Still playing the waiting game... IMO not worth the $163 savings in waiting.

One month and counting and the order is still "processing."

Has anyone received coated headers from Maryland Speed recently? I'm now on week 17 (yes, seventeen) and I still haven't received confirmation of any movement... I was told by Branden on 19 July that "there's no way it'll be another two months"...

Just for everyone's situational awareness, I'll just leave this right here...

https://www.bbb.org/washington-dc-ea...and-complaints

Had I known this, I definitely wouldn't have ordered from them.

Been over 2 months on waiting for a catch can..
3 different instances with support saying "You will receive a tracking number within 1-2 days".

Just asked to cancel my order, lets hope this goes better than the BBB instances report.

Had I known this, I definitely wouldn't have ordered from them.
A month ago we had either an A- or B+ Rating.

The only reason it is like that is because we had a few complaints come in I did not respond to this month and they tanked our rating until we do. We were very shorthanded due to a health issue with a family member/employee here I wont go into. That said, I have not had time to respond to everything that comes through. The complaints also were largely also based on being shorthanded.

You also have to understand what the BBB is...which is an independent non profit. Google them, and how they have gotten in trouble for their tactics. Giving companies that have not responded to 1-2 complaints an F rating for not replying, or charging companies $500 a year for "accredit" and "advocate" for them. As soon as I reply or if I were to pay them to accredit us we would be back to an A or B.

That said, the last month to month and a half has been hard. I have worked to prevent any family stuff from impacting the business. This time ended up too much. I apologize, but we are getting back on track.

I am sorry for your order. Part of it is the California thing, however I accept responsibility that your order went too long and there is not excuse. It is an outlier. If you want to cancel as requested I understand and we can move forward. If anyone has issues, please contact us direct.

Same issue here.
After waiting for several months I wanted to cancel my order. I based my decision on contacting the manufacture of the parts I wanted and they informed me the parts are not even in production at the moment. Every time I contacted MLSD they'd say 'Next week' or 'We'll look into it' - it never happened. Finally I received 2 written notices from them that my orders would be or are canceled. However, when I checked my cc statement, guess what, no refund. I ended up calling my cc company and filing a dispute and the cc company took the charges of my card. There are not too many things MLSD could say or type that I'd believe anymore.

The other thing you can do is:
http://www.marylandattorneygeneral.g...Complaint.aspx

I have my own theory about whats going on behind the scenes there but I hate to start rumors based on assumptions. I'm staying far away from these guys. It's sad because I've had so many positive experiences with vendors on this forum. I guess eventually there had to be a bad apple.

Thanks.
I'm going to submit my experience as well.
