Wait till its tacky and the air them back up. No spinny on wheel anymore. I was told the same thing by Mike at Kentshotrodgarage where I bought the Race Stars and Drag Radials/skinnies. Here is a link to what I used.

This looks like a much better solution. From my Original Post: " According to Mickey, RTV gives it a "double whammy"; provides lubrication for seating bead and will help hold the tire from slipping on the rim after it bonds. (Clean-up? They say comes off easily with mineral spirits).
They must have misunderstood my question about clean up. I'm sure mineral spirits would clean it off easily WHEN IT IS WET. I meant dry. Cleaning the dry RTV off the wheels was a bear, a big bear. 45 minutes for each wheel, easy. Solvents didn't touch it. Ended up using wire brushes and lots of elbow grease. Never shall I do that again!

Nice. A few questions. How’s the wiggle/sway on the throttle over 100? What psi? How tall actual?

No wiggle or sway. Psi -17 in pits aiming for 18 after burnout (with nitrogen; initial psi may need to be 16 or 16.5 with air - you'll have to experiment). Back in pits after first pass, psi was 18. Tire temperature - 90 before first pass, 96 back in pits. Measured 27.5” from top of tire to ground on the car at 18 psi.

I just picked up a set of the DBR's for this season since the ET R's are non existent.

I haven't tried them yet, but I keep hearing good things, thanks for your input!
