Best Price on the 0W-40 ESP Mobil 1?
Hey Canada, just wondering if you guys are using the recommended 0W-40 or the Dexos2 5W-30?
I would love to get the 0W-40 Mobil 1 oil for my car, but as we know, other then the dealer and a few select online retailers/performance shops, it is somewhat hard to find... Where are you guys getting it and for how much? I wont be tracking my LT1 so I can use the 5W-30 but if the 0W-40 is available somewhere at a good price let me know! Jason

Amazon is cheap and quick, just no on the filter. Last time it was as Delco middle eastern, and could not validate it was authentic Ac Delco

Use the 0 for the track, buy the 5 for every day driving. I seen good sales at CT, buy in advance. Take it with you when you you go get your oil change from fast lube shop, make sure they describe it on the bill as synthetic.

For those of us in Canada, Canadian Tire has the Mobil 1 ESP 5W-30 4.73 liter (5 US quart) jugs on sale this week for $35.99 CAD, I bought 3. After the shock of the dealer cost of $26.95 a liter, I'll be doing my own from now on after the free ones that came with the car, a $300 oil change is outrageous! Sale ends tomorrow night (8 July, 2021). I could have sworn there was also the 0W-40 ESP but can't find it online.

Quick question regarding oil, has anyone used the 5W30 ESP Mobil 1 Dexos2 oil vice 5W30 Dexos1 Gen 2 Mobil 1? It's about the same price as regular Mobil 1 synthetic and given it's ESP Dexos2, I would think it would be a better option for our engines. Does anyone use this or any opinions as to why not?
