Valve cover options

Over the winter I plan on adding a LT2 intake and 95 throttle body. This will require me to remove the original plastic intake and valve cover covers. Are there any nice looking aluminum valve covers available since they will now be exposed? My car is red so I would like the option to have them painted to match the car.

There are other options which look great, but all of which are inferior to the OEM baffling and PCV oil control.

Thank you for the info. Perhaps I can just have the original ones painted.

I ran the Speed Engineering on my 16 SS with 2650 Maggie. They were fine for drag racing without the baffles but I didn't drive it on the street. You need baffles as stated by Josh to control the oil. Mike (toohighpsi) are working on them now, not sure when they'll be released but I plan on getting a set of those at some point. Katech and Vengeance have them but not sure on the baffling.

I painted the plastic valve/injector covers and it really dressed up the engine bay.

This may not be a solution that would work for you since you are switching to the LT2 intake and the plastic covers might not mount right.

Just a thought?
