You need to add what I just added today. The black Heritage emblems...! They would look real nice with the other black items on your car!

Looks great, I'm wanting to put a set on, but do they stay together on the sheet so they go on straight?

Great question too which I do not know the answer. I had them put on. I have never replaced emblems before and I wasn't about to start learning on this car.

I have never seen emblems come that way, but it is not as hard as it sounds.

When I replaced my emblems, I used tape to mark the existing placement before removing the old emblems. Tape along the bottom edge to keep the straight line, marking the tape where each letter goes. This made it very easy to individually place the new letters, both straight and with even spacing.

Good luck!

You can't do that with these replacements. The OEM Emblem is just the M with the Red/White/Blue stripes. The Heritage badge is the full Camaro text with the M still having the Red/White/Blue. So you can't mark the old letters as there are none.

I went back to the dealer because my left rear tire is still showing low pressure and ...

Yet another nail has found yet another rear left Goodyear Supercar Superexpensive tire right by the side wall and...

A full set of Connie DWS06s will be here tomorrow. Tires with a warranty, imagine that.

That will make it tough haha. I see what you're talking about now that I look back on your picture, and it's very nice what you did. I suppose maybe a level to set the tape line and a ruler for spacing then, or as you did, have a pro do it.

A level won't work well, the emblems need to follow the contour of the creases in the fender. When I was putting mine on I placed them with blue painter's tape using a level (I did check that the car was on level ground first.) When level, they looked slanted, so I repositioned them to follow the contours. Took a few tries repositioning them, standing back to check before it looked right.

Thanks...! Yep... wasn't something I wanted to attempt for the 1st time on my Camaro. Getting them on straight is one thing, but getting the old ones off and all the adhesive as well. Just let the Pro's do it is what I decided. This way if they didn't turn out right or something happened it was on them to redo them.
