I had that issue with my FRS, the problem was Ethanol. If you have a gas station around you that has gas with no Ethanol, try that. Up here in Ontario,Canada Shell 91 has no Ethanol and stopped all the chirping in the FRS.
Might be same issue, might not be. |

Hmm.. I've heard some sort of electrical buzz/hum noise like yours for a while now and wrote it off as nothing because I have more important issues I'm going to want addressed first when I bring it in, but now seeing I'm not the only one wonder what this may be. I was thinking it was related to the touchscreen display, sort of the way TVs give off a noise if you listen closely or just some noise from the engine compartment. I'll have to see if mine sounds like yours and possibly add it to my never ending list. Keep us updated!

I hear the sound in your clip. That's the fuel system. That's normal and not an issue
