Huge difference. The screen almost completely eliminates the wind blowing from the rear of the car. It also keeps items secure from the wind in the back seat, where we keep jackets and the accordian windshield sun screen. Well worth the investment.

You've got several inches under the top when it's down. The screen easily fits. A laptop in a bag will fit easily.

Just got around trying tonight, and with some finagling it will fit in the trunk. It has to be put in at a certain angle and a certain way, but it will go in through the trunk opening. There is plenty of clearance it put in when the tonneau is in the extended position, just have to make sure the top goes in the right direction if you would choose to use this method,

As an aside, I have the GM version. It supports the seats all the way back and with a moderate recline on the seats. I’d bet I could recline them a lot more. I’m 6’0” and it fits my driving position nicely. Wind noise reduction? It’s awesome and makes a huge difference. As others have said, it’s nice to put stuff in the back seat that might otherwise fly away - light jackets, etc.

I do recall the added shipping cost and was not thrilled about at the time. I think I recall it shipping from somewhere in europe. I take joy in not having the same mods as everyone else and have been more than satisfied with the purchase.
