Hello all.

I am at a loss. OK the hand free button (face with 3 lines out of it) on the steering wheel does not as me for commands. I press and also keep it pressed and it does nothing. All it does is take me to the keypad on the car screen. When i do leave it pressed i see the same face with three lines icon show up on the screen for a split second and go off. I was talking to onstar and we could not figure it out. i reset radio and everything i could within the system. I am going to repair my note 10 plus and see if that works. i am also going to try my wifes iphone see if that works. If not then i guess agency will need to look into it.

Any ideas?

Also how do i update the car stereo software?

It is an 1lt camaro.

Since i am here....has anyone bought an after market grill for the 1lt. like an ss grill for the front? if so any good deals out there?

First off let me apologize for not doing the proper troubleshooting before posting here and wasting everybodys time.

I went ahead and upaired and delete the phone. repaired it and BAM. Now it works.

No problem at all, these systems can be pretty confusing

As to your other questions, any major infotainment upgrades are only available at the dealership for 2016-2018 Camaros, except for a limited set of downloadable apps (of dubious value). 2019+ can do over the air updates.

The standard OEM grille upgrade choice for your car is the GM SEMA grille, see here: https://www.phastekperformance.com/2...a-841500xx.htm. It's not cheap by any means, but it significantly improves the look, especially if you don't already have the RS package. I'll let others chime in on aftermarket grille upgrades, myself don't have much experience with those.
