Driver side wiper blade insert is part # 22985978 if you're so inclined ($6 vs $15 for the entire blade). For some reason I can't find a part number for the passenger side insert...

Same here. My dealer and I spent a solid 10-15 mins trying to find the passenger side insert. Kinda pisses me off that we have to replace the whole entire assembly rather than the insert itself...

Maybe they’re the same length and part#?
Nope:
Driver Side 22”
Pass Side 20”

When it came time to replace my wiper blades on my 2016 SS I went to Advance Auto and bought Trico wiper blades. They offer several different brands and I used my Advance Auto club points to purchase them.

I prefer to replace the whole blade instead of the inserts.

A lot of auto parts places no longer carry the inserts. Only the complete assembly.

My local Toyota dealer has literally shelves full of inserts. 2 for $15 is a hard bargain to beat. It really puzzles me as to why GM will sell the drivers insert and sell the full assembly for the passenger.

You might try the ATS insert of the same year: 25892080. It evidently takes the same driver side insert as the Camaro 22985978 so it's likely that it takes the same passenger side as well.

I was in pinch since order i placed had some backordered oil on it so it got delayed and sprung for aftermarket. Working just as well - i think i kept OEM with thought that I pick up inserts later on.

I have purchased and confirmed that part number 22985977 works as a passenger side wiper blade insert. I can't see any difference between it and the original one I removed.
