I will discuss this with my salesman tomorrow, thank you

I talked to him this morning and he said the car still hasn't moved

I'm sorry for derailing the thread, I won't bring up my experience here again, Fraxum.

Arkansas sales tax

The fact that it has spent the last 3-4 weeks a couple hours drive from me in a warehouse makes it all the more frustrating.

I was fully prepared to wait 6-8 weeks on the car but I'm sitting at 12+ now and the tax credit on the Cadillac I sold expires within a week (in AR you have 45 days after sale of a vehicle to use it as a tax credit towards your next vehicle). I waited until my car status changed to "shipped" before I even put it up for sale and still am going to lose about $1500 in tax credit because I couldn't pick up a car that was only a few hours away.

Sorry, I'm pretty jaded on ordering personally.

Only way I'd consider ordering again would be through Becky because she is so intimately involved with the whole process. I have something planned for her whether or not I take delivery of the car. She is just awesome!

ARCamaroGuy I tried to send you a private message. If you didn’t get it try sending me one and maybe I can reply to it. I have had trouble in the past with private messages.
If that doesn’t work reply here.

Cool!!! Thanks. Now I will waste days looking at Camaros. :( I wish you could specify exact match.

But as far as I can tell nothing close to my options. So many A10s. And none with my basics M6, Bose, NPP, and sunroof.

I can tell you this. Becky is a straight shooter. I can also say traveling to pick up a car is a ton of fun if you look at it as a quest for that ultimate car at a fair or good price.

If this appeals to you give her a message.

I was just told the new LT1 does not have the tow hook receiver threads. :(

Any idea what kind of ballpark discount she can get? I was about to get a Scat Pack from a guy that could do 1% under invoice. But man, their build and price and lack of options is awful. I'm leaning towards the SS again as you can build it just about the way you want from the factory. My only real issue with the car is the tires as I would want some AS's instead of summer.

It's a trick question... Chevy's really do not need to be towed.
