I saw the article and video the other day. It's about 20 mins from where I live. These guys are asshats.

Nope blocking a highway is illegal dangerous act and not protected by the right to peaceably assemble and protest. I will idle right on through that crowd at a slow but steady pace. This kind of mob unrest can cause traffic accidents and even death if an emergency vehicle gets trapped on the highway because of it. Anyone who walks in a highway, when not an emergency situation, should be arrested and charged.

Well thats silly... still vehicular assault if you hit one even at slow speeds. You posting it on here only makes it premeditated.

I agree it’s a dangerous and illegal act but you’d be only following it up with another dangerous and illegal act.

Not in Florida. 100% legal during a protest...... Shouldn't have been blocking the highway.

Law state it has to be unintentional and in fear for your life. Stating you would do it before it happened is premeditated and not unintentional.
