Good to hear the dealer gave it the A-OK.

Good news, but what I expected....although I doubt the manager "drove everyone on the lot".

Any manual car in a high gear low rpm does this resonance/vibration.

The situation everyone is talking about is neither high gear or low rpm though...3rd gear at 3000 rpm is about 50 mph, that is not even close to lugging the engine.

Regardless, I have noticed this too around the range in question, just the harmonics of the drivetrain in these cars from what I am reading in here.

I'll run it through a few more tests tomorrow and if I still feel it I guess to the dealer it goes.
I got the same thing, and it does "feel" like driveshaft vibration. Nothing major, but I'm monitoring it as I put miles on. Got around 500 miles now.

Don't worry about it, they all seem to do it...it is just a drivetrain resonance in an area that you don't even drive too much.

All cars have certain harmonic vibrations and apparently we have found where ours is. This is nothing to be concerned with as stated every car has it.

I've got the same vibration in my 18 SS 1LE. I guess it's a feature instead of a problem since everyone encounters it.

I have 900 miles so far and I’m not feeling it, unless it’s very subtle.

Although my M3 has a sporadic front vibration so maybe I’m immune to it and it’s way less pronounced than that.
