Man...you’re killing me Ted. I’m still considering the parts we discussed. Crazy question for Greg, Mike or Ted. Could I simply (relatively speaking) change the pulley and belt and retune for more power and keep the stock exhaust, throttle body and airbox?

Yes, you have a very mild tune I forgot which pulley your running, but your on pretty low boost if I remember correctly

Limiting factor are the stock cats, I don't think the stock intake is bad at all. Maybe just swap the filter to a green filter..

It sounds like 700 RWHP is getting close to the limit on OEM exhaust. The cats' start restricting flow, then causing heat to build-up, and then detonation starts to occur and you have to start killing timing; or something along those lines. Maybe if you're only going down the strip it's not too bad, but if you're into the throttle for very long, OEM exhaust is going to bite you - the manifolds and cats' that is. CSP tested an AFE 3" CB and literally only lost a couple horses at about 800-plus RWHP. The stock suitcase isn't the problem (those pinches in the pipes below the diff' aren't either).

Cats are no doubt a limiting factor. Probably the biggest restriction out of anything intake or exhaust related. Cat delete and green filter likely be fine till you get to 800+ then Headers and possibly the cat back system along with a RF big gulp system would start to show some big gains.

Never did find the parts list for my install, but my pulley size has been staring me in the face the whole time...90mm.

Now I just need to figure out how much boost the 90mm pulley makes on an otherwise stock ZL1...Ted? Greg? Mike?
