Any service experience with Mac Haik?

I need to take my 1LE in for a clutch related issue. I bought the car new from Mac Haik but am absolutely terrified to let ANY dealer handle my car, but unfortunately there's nothing else I can do.

I know there are a few threads with recommended dealers in the Houston area, but does anyone have experience with Mac Haik's service department and can comment on their competence, professionalism and care?

go with them when they drive it. Use your pdr with code at least you can call them out if they drive it wrong but they may have to a little to test your clutch. have you read any reviews on their service department? we all have had bad luck with chevy service its as if they want to go bankrupt.

If you're in the Round Rock/George Town area, check out Don Hewlett.
Ask for Alicia, and she will take care of you.
This is the best Service Dept. I've ever experienced, and Alicia is a Great Service writer...she knows how to communicate!

I always get a loaner too, and I did not purchase my car from Don Hewlett either...I got it from someone in the Dallas area.

Been dealing with mac Haik for 15+ years, they're a great service department. Ask for G Ngyuen, he is a long time Fbody guy and now has a 6th gen
