I'm not sure it would be a worthwhile endeavor when you consider the potential it already has. I doubt Mag left much to modify. I mean, these blowers can handle like 1200 HP to the wheels. And once you get there and start pushing for more it's probably better to just switch to a TT setup anyway.

I've seen ported 2650s on Hellcats pick up substantial power so I doubt these would be different. How much power likely depends on other mods and who does the port work.

A cam/heads and supporting mods builds, i see no reason to even consider this. At 800-850rwp the blower is nowhere running near max. These blowers are happy when spun and you cant really do that on most builds.

I'm so glad you said that!! You have packages out there for 100rwhp for 5000.00 with a ported Kong, when the one we have can get a 100 rwhp with a couple small mods

Huh? A stock ported Kong can support up to 900whp with the latest Stage X port. If you feel the need to go beyond that or need a little more consistency with the intercooler temps, then you go with the 2650R. Honestly to me, the stock ported Kong (standard port) makes the most sense up to 700whp, after that you might as well go ahead with the 2650R, but this has been stated repeatedly so its not new.

I won’t have a cam yet on the build. But I don’t want to leave any power on the table Having to take the TVS off and pay for shipping again. Im having magnuson ship strait to joker port it then install it. 2650r ,112mm TB with elbow , big gulp , 2in headers , inner chiller. Hopefully stock fuel system holds on lol

If you're putting a 2650 on a stock long block you'll be Heads/Cam away from being about 750RWHP. I started with a custom valve train.

If you just bolt the 2650 on with no other mods it would likely be around 600-620RWHP (KaTech told me they’ve never done one with just blower only).

This topic has been covered more than the Challenger disaster.

Jokerz does great port work so I'm sure you'll have the best version of the 2650R possible. I'm sure you'll be pleased with the mods, I think the 112mm TB is a bit overkill though without a cam or a LOT of boost. Without fuel mods though you're going to be limited to about 700whp. You've chosen a very expensive path to get to 700whp but it will have lots of potential later if you ever add cam, ported heads, low side fuel and turn up the boost.

If he just bolts a 2650 on with a 90mm pulley he will make 650rwhp minimum, this is with headers and a TB though which hes already doing/done.
