I've just started down a path parallel to this thread with a TVS2650, LPE BB, DSX Aux., and either +30 or +65, with perhaps the biggest difference being using GT100 versus E.

I plan to call these vendors tomorrow and am wondering if anyone else here has been down this road previously.

Same here. I just ordered a LPE HPFP and XDI+30. Plan on working with Ted and seeing how far we can push E85 with a ZL1 in tank with JMS. Decided I’m ok with mixing hope I can do E60 at 8-9 psi. We will see.

IMO, LT4 HPFP running at 2900 psi will give more fuel than LPE BB running at 2200 psi

False. The LPE can move significantly more *volume* at those stated pressures…the catch is you need bigger injectors that can supply the engine using lower rail pressures without too long of an IPW.

Yes, but your volume falls off. So it’s just a decision as to whether you need to cover for injectors that are too small or not. With LT4 injectors you’ll need the higher pressure. Once you get bigger injectors you can use lower rail pressure to move more volume through the HPFP.

Yes..

Lpe big bore
Lpe 38% lobe
Fic 30%
Dsx pump.

887 full E.. edelbrock non ported

If you haven't started the build and you want the most out of the parts you should do it this way.

*LPE fuel lobe 42% or Cunningham 43%
*LPE BB Pump
*Fore pump intank return style or
Holley eliminator 200 gph 18.5v/80 psi setup as return style
*LPE or equivalent hiflow check valve and line(the line will be high flow if you ran a new line for the feed)
*Plus 65%

I think you will bust 930 plus on all e

To back up @EDF’s point, if you’re going to run big power on DI only, you definitely want a +42/+43 fuel lobe on your cam to drive your LPE BB HPFP. I’ve got a shitty +32 cam and it’s definitely a problem as I creep up on 1K WHP.

I haven't finalized any orders as of today.

So, based on your suggestions, how about starting with:

TVS2650
LPE BB
32% lobe (installed)
+65
DSX lowside (installed)

I could do a 38 or 42% later if I'm so motivated.

Running GT100 or E85?

32% lobe and XDI +65's with a big bore will get you in the 900-1000whp range on E65 but not Full E. The 32% lobe is the limiting factor. On race fuel you will have plenty.

We threw the C7Z on a local Mustang Dyno yesterday but it wouldn't hook up. Tires would break loose around 4800rpm and there was a 22mph difference in MPH between the Dyno readout and the wheel speed sensor.

I ordered LPE BBDI pump.

LPE encouraged me to go to with their 7.85mm fuel lobe cam.

Nothing wrong with those LPE +52's. The XDI +65's are less money.



If you are trying to make as much power as possible and want and want all the fuel this go around then get:

XDI +65's
XDI belt driven HPFP
Triple pump low side

Or if you change the cam then get a 42% lobe, big bore, and +65's.
