The one reason I can think of would be parking. You will have to plan ahead a little if you want to park in the convention center parking lot for Friday and Saturday night for the festivities. If you are staying at the convention center it will be easier to get a spot. Lots of people set up cones so they can park by their friends. I am pro-cone! I like people claiming one parking spot all weekend. Then you an find them.

Actually not sure if I am running at NCM this year. If I do, it will be in Novice with an instructor in car. Simple reason is that I'll not be tracking my car any between now and then. It would have been a year since I have had it on a track (NCM). I have no intention of putting it on NCM, with a full year's lay-off and not having an instructor.

I've only been to NCM once myself (in my more dedicated track car) but.. I do run a few track days here and there

Thanks, I have both rooms booked right now and can cancel anytime before 8 July so I'll play it by ear I guess.

We have booked from Wednesday to check out Monday, Mike we need to talk sometime about doing something on Sunday for those of us that don't need or want to go home. Any place that Cheryl and I might be able to help out please let us know. If you need some extra help at NCM were up for that.

Been to bowling green three times now, nice place but I figure I have to give some of the rest of you waxers a chance. LOL
