I believe someone ran the numbers and the general consensus is that the A8 is ~17%

edit: You also did your math wrong.... drivetrain takes away power... it does not add it... so it's not:

333.7 rwhp x 1.25 = 417.125 bhp , but it would be 333.7rwhp / .75 = 444.9333 bhp
By far the funniest thing I have heard all day

Currently running 91octane, I do know a spot with 100 Octane but it is considerably to far to fill up with everyday.

Royal Purple sells an octane booster that claims 30 points (full 3 octane numbers) and is safe for cats and O2 sensors. For $12 or so, might be worth it to see if it helps prevent KR. I’ve seen it at Advance Auto so it should be easy to find. Beats driving all over trying to find 100 octane.

Read again the OP’s post. He didnt say 25% drive train loss. He said the dyno he was on was about 25% lower than the rest.

The correction factor on that dyno should be at 1.04, not 1.11/1.10...
Correction factors are for weather, not so you can compare across dynos.

Still not confirmed, just a possible answer. Also not confirmed is what other Gen V LT1's put down on that dyno.

Odd. I remember when he changed that, he specifically mentioned that the dyno was setup for an AWD car and needed to change it. He also changed the load to be somewhere in the 20’s. Either way, this dyno sure as heck looks like the same dyno I was on.

For sure there are settings to correctly configure the dyno operation, but the correction factor is specifically for temp/baro/humidity. You can also run a 2WD car on an AWD dyno, it's really operators prerogative and/or how the car was baselined. The important part is the settings are the same for before and after sets of pulls, that's how you can directly compare graphs.
