The diff fluid thing was either before or after your first track day, I don't remember and my manual isn't with me. Can't remember if that was just a drain and fill to get rid of any metal or changing to a different weight altogether, I've got the ELSD in mine.

Diff fluid is after 1.5k miles before 1st driving event, then AFTER 1st driving event and then after each 24 hours of track time.

There you go, that's it. My book is with the car which is not where I am. What about the brake fluid? Is it gonna hurt to leave the higher temp stuff in there for street driving? If not, I wonder why Chevy didn't just put it in from the start

It won't hurt it, but does require more maintenance (flushing/replacing more often).
