Thanks for all the recommendations, unfortunately I should have done this a week ago but the deal kinda came together last minute. I'll be buying the car and then stopping at the local home depot a mile down the road and will tape it all up with 3m blue tape for delicate surfaces for the ride home.
Then I'll make the appt to get it wrapped as soon as I get it home. |

Congrats on the new ride! Awaiting pics.
My deal changed at the last minute and I ended up with a PDR. Tried to stop at a Walmart for a SD card.... Let's just say I was happy just to make a U turn out of the parking lot without damage. Never did get to record the maiden voyage home from MD.

Great start to the week.
Weather here near Philly is calling for rain Monday afternoon, hope you have clear weather where you are headed.

Took the car for a ride, wife and I approved and I went back to sign the deal. There were a couple of strange brown stains on the roof that I had them take care of before leaving, car must have been sitting on the lot for a bit. Paint looks in good shape, I'm thinking about having it detailed before the wrap. Car ride home was fun, another 5hrs and only the last hour was a bit of rush hour which sucked. Couldn't tape the car up due to the rain but luckily all the highways were clear and no damage taken. I'm beat though, 350 miles on the car and I'm ready for bed after a couple beers. Pics in the next couple days. I need some wash supplies, gotta get them ordered tomorrow. |
