Well, I don’t have any status on my car..VIN:
1G1FE1R71P0133385. If anyone with the contacts or means to see actual status on this guy? I’m afraid there might be “issues” that are holding up delivery? Dealer just says it’s waiting on a truck to deliver it…Lansing is only an hour away… |

Finally! Got a call that my car will be in tomorrow (Friday)! More than 6 weeks after I got the VIN. Looks like Monday is when I can take delivery after prep. So, to say the least, I’m stoked! Weather looks like it’s going to cooperate also.

Just got word my 1LE is in transit for arrival early Sunday-Monday timeframe. Working out the paperwork details with the dealer now so I'll be able to have reg/plates ASAP when it arrives.
Really hoping for a couple good rain showers between now and then to wash down the salt on the roads ahead of time. Giddy up!

23 2SS 1LE M6 shadow gray metallic. Premium radio PDR wicker bill and carbon fiber fuel door. Ordered 5/13/22 Delivered 1/10/23. 4 month wait for allocation and another 4months to build and ship to dealer.

Finally picked up my new car today! Irritating that it was raining!! Started as I left to go get it. Anyway, got home and spent next 2 hours cleaning up. Not the way I wanted to spend my first evening with it. But all is right in my garage!

So I ordered a 2SS 1LE 6pd towards the end of February 2023 with the Chevrolet dealership in the dealership group I work for. I'm a Virtual Business Manager for the entire group and I placed my order knowing I would have some wait time but now I'm concerned about my order not being accepted by the scheduled June cutoff. I thought 4 months for acceptance should be more than enough time but am I wrong? I pretty sure I wouldn't want to redo another order for a 2024 but Idk...
