And running her hard , could damage the engine . What NicKey communicated to me .
So this is our so called winter, so when the temperatures are under or around 100 degrees, she's parked . Happy Motoring to the rest of you all

Fran , the Asphalt is so hot above 100 and being in a heat wave above 110 , I'm surprised it doesn't melt the tires .

detonation and sh*tty 91octane are a thing with Maricopa county summer driving

Idaho is the same in summer, 91 octane, altitude, and 100 degree Temps

"Heatwave", heh... it's the end of July, what do we expect. Also, to paraphrase from a tire thread here, the temperature status doesn't even flip from NORMAL to WARM till the tires reach 147 degrees. The rubber won't melt from just driving over warm asphalt.

Beautiful and, considering the fate of the Camaro, poignant. I'd print it, frame it and hang it in my garage if I were you.

Thanks guys... arpad_m... you read my mind. My wife and I came home and got her professional camera and went back for a professional pic. I'm going to get a 16x24 metal print of it. Just love the way it turned out. I have one of my Harley as well and this one will join it. If you have never got a metal print before with the right image, they are stunning. I'm lucky and fortunate to own two beautiful vehicles (at least in my eyes they are)

Rolled over 80K. I decided not to wait until it hit 88888 in 8th gear because no place around here to go 88 mph except maybe on the toll road.
