My dealer just called telling me they expect my car in Monday. Not sure what to think of that since I just hit 4300 status yesterday and live in Tennessee. It'd be great if that's true, but that would be shocking. Surely they wouldn't jump the gun like that unless they were reasonably sure, right? Weird...

Camaros go to Knoxville by truck, a much more predictable eta than when rail is involved.
And I do not see the 2017s being released unless engineering is certain they meet quality standards, so it appears they are meeting those standards. In my opinion, a very good development. Laborsmith |

Jeeeze.........get a load of this. I just checked my dealers website and saw that they have two 2017's in transit. One is Hyperblue and one is Nightfall Grey.........and guess what? The Nightfall Grey has MY VIN NUMBER on it. I double checked.........triple checked.......they are advertising my car as in transit and for sale. I've emailed him, no response yet.

Yes, I just talked to my salesman........he reassured me it was STILL my car. I was worried because he never took a deposit from me, but he said it is definitely my car and what you said, Adam was correct. They are uploaded onto the dealers website. Deep breath. He is going to look up my info and see if there is a rail number. Also he told me two weeks on the train and then usually three days to the dealership.

  Some dealers already have stock numbers, VIN numbers and Window Stickers for the dealer ordered cars!!

From there, the dealership confirmed again that they are going to give me $300 less on their own. And then BAM I come in with a Private Offer. I also have Farmer's, which is another $500, but I'm not sure if that'll stack or not. Either way...things are a-happenin, people. O_O |
