The problem is, everyone is doing 'letter names'. Because of that, its harder for the average person to follow just which brand your TLN (thats Three Letter Name) belongs to.

Think of it this way: name 1 'named' sedan on sale right now from one of the 'regular' luxury marques: Acura, Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Infiniti, Lexus, Lincoln, or Mercedes-Benz. There are a couple SUV's in there with names, and some of the sports car brands use names. But named sedans from a regular luxury brand? I can't think of any.

Probably the euro version of the tail lights?

On a side note, do you know when the Equinox will have its next update?

I'm guessing he made that comment because the site you posted had ".co.uk" at the end of the website, meaning the host of the site is in the United Kingdom, and hence they're probably reporting on news relevant to their models of vehicles.

The brake lights themselves may be the same from the European models to the US, but the turn signals and back-up lights will probably be a bit different...

It's a global car.

Equinox moves to D2XX in a few years.

I wonder how this car would go over today... I think it was just too far ahead of its time. From 1989....

I'm not gonna lie, I'm actually glad GM and Ford have more or less pulled the plug on concepts.

I know back in 89 when I saw the Stinger concept I really wanted it to be the replacement for the Fiero. I liked it then and I still like it. With just a few tweeks I can see it as a Chevy and they wouldn't even need to change the name.
Unfortunately we didn't get the Stinger and did get the Aztek..
