I took the car out for a bit of a drive today. A nice day in Wisconsin! I also installed my (no drill) OEM front plate to avoid hassles, and installed my smoked rear reflectors. Looks nice!

How was the reflector install? What are the small areas of red on the ned reflectors?

I replied to you in my journal here.

The areas of red are just reflections of my red Craftsman tool boxes behind the car. There's no red in the reflectors or diffuser.

I hope to take some pics in the daylight tomorrow or Monday, to show the overall look.

Enjoyed a mildly spirited drive and washed her afterwards. On this note, I quite like Adam's graphene detail spray, it leaves no residue unlike his old detail spray (when not wiped off 100% perfectly), and the shine it adds is much better.

Had a slow leaking rear tire. As long as it was off added the lift pads and black lug nuts. Thankful for the 55 degree day in January in NJ.

Enjoyed the warmer weather, and went for a few errands around town. Also put on some gloss black door handle covers. Getting closer to the look I'm going for.

I would go for both, greatly enhances the look... (FYI, mine is 35% tint, still VERY easy to see out at night but gives a nice look during the day and protects the interior from UV)

This last week has me wishing for "sunny day" insurance coverage like I had on motorcycles years ago. I care comp in the winter and it's not worth calling my agent to put road coverage back on for a few days and then drop it again. So it sits

Just my $.02, but if you are putting it away an changing insurance it's because you live in a winter/snow/salt state. All though tempting to me too when the weather is nice, the white roads from all the salt and brine tells me hell no... It ain't worth it to me to take it out on the salt filled roads for one quick spin on an unseasonably warm day.
