walked into a northern Maryland dealer and ordered a Radiant Red LT1 Coupe with silver ralley stripes, sunroof, RS, upgrade radio. was told 16 weeks. here I sit reading the threads about the process.

I did get the following update from Chevy Chat on Tuesday. Sounds like it is moving!

"I apologize for the long hold. Upon checking, your vehicle is in transit via rail. It was last seen in Oakwood, Michigan last 9/12/2022. The next destination would be the distribution center in Hapeville, Georgia. We recommend to continue getting in touch with your dealership for further insight. We also suggest to message us back next week to see if the status have change."

As soon as you get a TPW, then it will go by pretty fast but shipping times might be the longest wait.

Car got built 9/2 , 4300 on 9/6. Any idea on when it will hit 4200? Car is going to Houston.

mine hit 4300 july 11.still didnt get it.its not a standard.u might get it soon or u might wait 2/3 months

I put in my order Monday for an SS. The salesman said it usually takes 3-4 months, but can take as long as 6 months.
Now I'm just settling down for a long wait. I am really looking forward to getting back into a Camaro.

My dealer emailed me and said it shipped. They want me to come in to value my trade. But they did not give me an eta. that it was just to value my trade. So whats to gain for them by valuing my trade in before the car arrives?
