Frankly, I'm not sure it's needed with apple car play, but my only concern is if/when I'm in a remote enough area where I don't get a strong enough signal to support the interface. In those times, I'll be glad I have factory nav if I need it.

We'll we know the new constraints for the coming week is that only SS 1LE's with PDR will be accepted, so potentially you weren't one of the first 29 orders and now you might be in a hold until the new constraints are posted next Thursday.

Yes. The hurdle to clear is going from 1100 to at least 2000 if not 3000

My dealer notified me my order went to 3000 on the 27th. I am not getting the PDR and they had to remove the black bowties to get the system to accept the order.

9-14 I placed the order at the dealer and was given a workbench printout of my order.

I was notified today by the dealer that the order was placed. I will be checking with Becky in the morning to get corroboration.

Your dealer needs an A1Y to be allocated to them not just an SS. I've placed my order with Classic Chevrolet (#1 Chevrolet sales volume in the world) and they didn't get any A1Y allocated last week (first week it was available).

Placed an order for a hyper blue SS 1LE on 9/22. I also ordered the PDR.

Got a message from the dealer today saying my order is at 3000! I don't know when it actually hit 3000 though. It could have been earlier this week.

Thats not true. The dealer only needs an SS allocated. The 1LE (A1Y) is only a package not a separate model.

If that were true then why would there be a specific number of A1Y allocations each week? And LT1 for that matter..

Those aren't allocations those are order constraints. That means your dealer has to be fit those constraints to get to order the car that week. If not they have to wait.

Congrats on 3000! Now we all wait for TPW's
