This service bulletin will fix it. No, I haven't had it done to my car yet but my source, the one I pestered about this for the last year told me this is the one I've been waiting for.

Address the issue means the said service procedure will "fix" the problem. Go for it.

I emailed this bulletin number to my dealer and they said it doesn't apply to a Camaro?

Some days I don't think dealers want to fix cars... Or get paid for fixing them in this case.

Happened to me first time yesterday after oil change at dealer. Driving mode setting gone, and several other setting greyed out like teen mode and valet mode. The greyed out sections are all back after the car sitting last night but driver mode settings still MIA. My car is 2017 V6 M6. Checked with dealer and they did not flash or update any software. Will see if and when it comes back.

Teen and valet are grayed out when you are moving.

Ok that explains that part as I was rolling. Driving mode was back once I started the car lunchtime today.

The service bulletin you guys are referring to should be the fix. The bulletin describes the condition and requires a radio module replacement and programming. Theoretically this should fix it for good.

An update for this from a personal standpoint. I HAD this condition in my SS and I would like to stress the had. This would happen to my car at least once every day. Since I replaced and reprogrammed my radio module it has not happened since for two weeks now.

The radio is a separate module from the infotainment screen it's located on the passenger side behind the glove box sort of under the kick panel.
