And I agree the WOW factor has been dialed down because of this. GM Should of waited until tomorrow for those shots.

I'm just glad they got rid of the diffuser going through the license plate. I couldn't bring myself to buy another 5th gen because of that...

Here is my initial reaction to the two shots we see of it.
Highlights Love the rear end, I think they finally got it right for the camaro. Everything kind of flows together for me. Front end, I like the changes, IMO gives the car a more sporty look than muscular. Love those headlights, they are my favorite part of the design. Lows I knew from the camo shots and Chaz's renders it wasn't going to be a huge departure from 5th gen styling, but it does look much more like a refresh than a totally new model. I know I will be in the minority here, but I think the 15 Mustang looks better and more aggressive. BUT I want to see more angles more colors. Like I said these were my initial reactions |

I think the rear will look better from other angles with different lighting. It just looks off in those pictures.

Is that the SS badge on the right side of the lower grille?

Dang! I just missed it. Guess I'll watch the recording at home this afternoon. I feel the same way about the exterior. The rear end isn't horrible and may grow on me, it just doesn't look as great as the fifth gen's rear to me. Love the front end though. Kind of a weird placement for the badge though. Can't tell if it says SS or RS.

Early impression: Same look, I'm a little disappointed in that, but we have to see the
6th gen parked next to the 5th gen for a true comparison. One things for sure imo, GM just couldn't improve the rear end / 4 tail lamp design of the 2010-13 Camaro.

I agree though. That is a rather interesting place to place (hue) the badge.

looks like it says "SS" to me... similar badge placement to the 2016 cruze, and on the cruze it looks like an "RS" badge

I was thinking the same thing. Horrible placement. It looks like they slapped it on 2 minutes before the reveal.
EDIT: Just saw the back badge placement. Wtf.
