Since you put that turtle wax on. If you do decide to coat it. Make sure you strip it off with something like a strong APC, iron remover and then a panel prep should remove it.

Hand washed it, pumped the tires at 40 psi, put some Stabil and filled the tank with 93 octane. Finally, covered it up for winter storage till late April. The cover is brand new from Amazon. So far i am very impressed with it. Ultraguard Sport Series Stretch for Camaros!

Took advantage of 70° weather and tooled around for a while in the Camaro. I'll get it out again today, I suspect. Then get a bottle of StaBil and get it filled up this weekend and that's it til spring...

After 3-4 tanks of 93 octane, I filled up with E60 again and the car ran like a scalded dog, way better than the extra ~35 rwhp would imply... maybe I got some crap gas the previous few times, as I had to use different stations from my "normal" ones.

I have the exact same cover for mine for winter storage. It's a nice cover. Just bought one made of the same material for my Harley.

Wow! I can't believe that you guys have to put your cars away for the winter so early. This time of the year is some of our best weather of the year here in Eastern NC.
It would pain me to have to put my car away for six months every year. Luckily we usually on see snow once, maybe twice a year.

I am just a couple of weeks away from the winter storage as well. 2nd or 3rd week of November until first week of March is typical for me.

Worst 3 1/2 months of the year!
But I make great use of the remaining months when the Camaro is out and ready to rip!

I miss Michigan and Pennsylvania but man I don’t miss those winters. I miss the fall sweatshirt football weather but I’ll take the Texas weather everyday.
