I believe I am in the same boat as you, except I ordered mine a month and a half later than yours. The reality of "you will be twiddling your thumbs waiting for a couple of months" is really starting to set in lol...

Hopefully you get your order. processed soon!

I am in the same boat. ZL1 1LE on order since 08/24/2021 and still at 1100 status. Was told in advance that the dealer did not have an allocation and would be able to get one but nothing yet.
Mine also has the PDR and a few other options.
Biggest concern is it is in Wild Cherry Tint coat which is being phased out in April of 2022.
Found a few cars similar to mine at other dealers and some are $10K ~ $20K over sticker and one would not sell to me because I am out-of-state!
Right now, i am going to wait until January and see what happens.

I went to talk to my dealer about ordering a 1SS 1LE and their inventory manager said that GM placed a constraint on the 1LE package. They said they can't even add it to the build sheet for ordering. Has anyone heard of this or can verify?

Performance Data Recorder. It's a video recorder to capture your track data in real time.

They should be able to build it in the system that way (status code 1100), but they won't be able to assign an allocation to it (status 2000) until the constraint is lifted. So it will stay as a "pending order" and won't go any where until they can assign an allocation to it. Some dealers may hesitate to put it in the system until they know they can use an allocation, dealer policy apparently varies quite a bit - but the system itself will allow it to be entered.

I placed an order for a 2SS with the 1LE package, and the PDR on top of it, this past weekend. The dealer put the order into the system for me, but I'm fully expecting not to get it until April or May of next year, which is fine as I don't want to get it in the middle of winter anyway. I figured I'd better put in my order now though rather than wait until January or February, which was my original plan.

Thank you for letting me know, didn't see a PDR option on order configuration.

That sounds like a good plan to me - but then again, I did the same thing expecting it would take 5 or 6 months, and it only took 3 Of course, I wasn't dealing with constraints on mine, I just ordered knowing the factory was coming off of one pause in production and the chip shortage was ongoing.

I really hope it doesn't arrive in February or something. Not only would I probably have to have it flat-bedded to my house, but I'd quickly have to get rid of the MX-5 in order to make room in the garage!

I'm planning on putting the Mazda up for sale around March, and hopefully that'll be gone before the Camaro arrives. The Camaro showing up early would just throw a big monkey wrench into all my planning!

UQT is the option code for performance data recorder (PDR).

Has anyone confirmed no heated/ventilated seats & heated steering wheel on the Camaros that would have otherwise had them (i.e. 2SS)? Word is GM is dropping those features on all but their top trim Chevy & GMC trucks and SUVs (i.e. Denali range). I assume Cadillacs and Corvettes still get them, but not sure on Camaros.

My current car is dying, and I think I'm (mentally) ready for another Camaro, after my debacle with the last one. But if I'm going to get one, I'm going to order what I want (2SS, 1LE, PDR, and a few other small options). But I dont see the point if its going to be stuck in limbo and/or major features of the 2SS trim will be missing.

My 2SS was built 10/19 and has them, but it was before the news emerged they were leaving them out of some of the trucks. I'm also curious to see if any 2SS cars do get delivered without them.

I got the 2SS trim level for other features and didn't think I'd care about this, since I rarely use heated seats in my other cars and I've never had ventilated ones before. I can honestly say now, the ventilated seats are absolutely a wonderful thing! I hope they don't drop them from the 2SS - since it's the "top trim" of the non-ZL1s, maybe they won't.

I wonder if they would notify those who have orders in the system with these features that they were going to leave them out? I would not want the car to just arrive with a bunch of missing features you thought you were going to get. I would like the option to cancel the order if they were going to leave things out.
